Hi ,
If you are using jde-cflow then upgrade to the newer
jde-cflow available in http://www.bioinf.man.ac.uk/~lord/home.html. I
had the same problem when I switched to jde2.1.7 from jde2.1.6Beta23 .
But I have not been able to enable the new jde-cflow in jde2.1.7
