I am not sure how that happened. But jde-mode seems fine when a .java file is opened. I can use key-bindings to compile/build/run, etc. Is there a 'refresh' operation for the xemacs menu bar? Thanks. I am using xemacs 21.1.10, jde 2.1.7 Regards, james
