turning off indentation ?

Hi!

I have a fellow student that would like to use JDE, but he has
a religious standpoint about indention and thus gets very weird
when JDE tries to do the indetion for him :)

So 2 questions:
 - How can I disable any automatical indention done by emacs in JDE-mode ?

 - Which parameters can I tweak to change the indention behavior ?
