Saving breakpoints

Hi,

     I am wondering about how support for saved breakpoints is being handled.  I
set the breakpoint I wanted via customization, when I open the buffer I see the
breakpoint highlighted, but when I debug my app, the breakpoint is not hit and I
have to manually (re)set the breakpoint and re-run the application so that it
goes down the path where the breakpoint is.  I see the saved breakpoint in my
.emacs file, so that part, at least, is working.
