It looks like the Windows version of find (on NT4 it is
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\find.EXE) is ahead of the bash version of find
(C:\CYGNUS\CYGWIN-B20\H-I586-CYGWIN32\BIN\find.EXE on my box) that etags
needs to use.  You can either rename the Windows find to something else (my
choice) or move your cygwin directory ahead of the system32 directory in
your PATH.
