The 'noinsert flag doesn't seem to change anything. The stuff I enter is
still displayed immediately.

Anyone know where this "P" function is documented (or defined)? I tried
searching the Lisp manual at gnu.org, but needless to say, searching for a
function named "P" gets annoying pretty quickly.
