How can we make the building process running in one precise directory ?

cd [the wrong directory]
ant.bat -buildfile build.xml fast
Buildfile: ........

it does a cd towards the directory where the current file is, and I would like to change that.


I also would like to change the keys bound to the JDebug commands (step over, step into, step out). C-c C-z C-s is too long.
