I do not see any documentation on the jde-gen-k&r variable.
I use the ellemtel style and have that set in my mode hooks. Right now I need to go
in and alter all of the JDE templates to accommodate ellemtel style. Is there and
easier way, i.e. can I simply set jde-gen-k&r to null and my templates will work?
When should this variable be set?
Where can I find more information about this variable?

I suspect that this variable became available in a newer version of JDE than what I am
using...
I am using jde version 2.1.5.
If I use the latest jde, what steps should I take to accommodate ellemtel style?

P.S.
Am I posting to the correct place?

Hi,

If you would like your enhancements to be considred for inclusion in the
JDE, please integrate them into the new version of jde-gen.el that I sent
you yesterday. The version you are using is seriously outdated.

In general, it is best to consult with me before undertaking enhancements
to existing JDE packages to make sure that you are not duplicating somebody
else's work.
