Again I am guilty of opening my big mouth without having first taken the
time to understand the exact nature of the problem, which is that Guillaume
has escaped the characters in his lisp jde-global but the JDE has failed to
escape them in the Java expression that gets sent to the beanshell. Thus,
Raffael's fix is needed.
