Paul,
Is it possible to at least configure which buffers are displayed in the debugger windows? I really would like to start with the CLI buffer displayed by default. I was thinking about using one of the window managers (that can remember window and buffer configurations) for that, but since the buffers are always created with different names every run, it wouldn't work.

Configurable window layout for the debugger has been on my to-do list for a
long time. Sorry.
