Tiny Bug in JDE "Classes" Tool Bar

I just noticed that if there are _no_ indexed entries in a JDE buffer
and you click on the "Classes" menu in the toolbar, the word "Classes"
switches to bold face and stays bold.  A check for the null case is
probably needed and missing....
