Process *JDEbug* not running, PLEASE HELP !

Hi !

I move from JDE 2.2.7.1 to the latest JDE 2.2.8beta4,
and I have always the same problem when starting the
JDEbug... Process *JDEbug* not running (on Win2k, with
jdk1.3)
