"No such file or directory", yes it is. I have no file or
directory named "/usr/share/emacs22/site-lisp/lisp". I have a directory
named "/usr/share/emacs22/site-lisp" but nothing called 'lisp' in it.
So what to do next?

I don't understand French but it seems that the message says "No
such
file or directory"? So probably this directory does not exist or
you do
not have permissions to read/write it.
