Daniels, you were right. The jde-xref* variables are there. I loaded file /usr/share/emacs/23.3/lisp/cedet/semantic/find.elc where the semantic-brute-find-tag-by-class function is defined but I still get the same error when I do M-x jde-ope-class-at-point. Also, I cannot get the "Classes" menu.
