[JDEV] new xdb_sql release

hi all,

Aurelien Gateau sent me a patch to add ODBC support to xdb_sql (only
tested with the easysoft gateway) and another one to avoid using
sqldb_num_tuples. 
I've integrated them and released a new version of xdb_sql (1.1)
avalaible in the contrib zone of j.o
