There is no better karma, either a client sends more than allowed (the
karma setting) or it doesn't.

How ever there have been many discussions, because every bot developer
issues this, about specifying special karma settings for special user
groups.
I image these discussions, for this reason I'm interested in the JEP-0046 "Direct TCP", that I didn't notice when I wrote my firt mail.
