[JDEV] server error

Could someone explain what went wrong here, I got this message from my server:

19700101T11:52:57: [notice] (adrian-browns-computer.local): bouncing a routed packet to [EMAIL PROTECTED]/work from 13@c2s/19FB40: Internal Delivery Error

And my client was disconnected:
REC: <stream:error>Disconnected</stream:error>
