www.drupal.org allows some jabber integration .. most notably authentication via jabber (most drupal installations allow you to log in with a variety of different remote authentication methods).
Tipic.com , one of the commercial jabber offerings run their website on drupal , and have a new highly integrated weblog product called www.motime.com. I am working on jabber/drupal/ldap integration/authentication for my new jabber.org.za public server/ open source content network (linux.org.za etc). It's also a very nice project with a nice user community and a good design (kerneltrap.org and debianplanet.org run on it for instance.)
