Hehe. I am honored, but it certainly wan't a neccesity.. Yes. That's what I thought was humerouse. I recall when we first saw the SIMPLE stuff begin to emerge, and having many the converations about it. Timing wise, I believe that the 'original' core RFC for jabber actually predates the SIMPLE RFC. It was simply the establishment of the WG. Didn't they actually set up a WG for SIMPLE *when* they submitted the RFC? Either way, the difference is moot.
