As you were just told in jdev: you should look at 
http://www.jabber.org/about/books.php and whatever .NET books for the 
former, and you should look at http://www.jabberstudio.org/ for the 
latter.

I just looked at jabberstudio and found 3 libraries which mention .NET 
or C# in their descriptions.
