I am looking for an open source java implementation of a general rate shaping queue (token bucket, leaky bucket etc) for use in an application to smooth out a bursty message stream.
The application is a multiplexor of sorts and there is a need to shape based on either recipient or sender based on the use case. Any pointers are appreciated. Thank you
