I'm trying to automatically add a certain JID (e.g. '[EMAIL PROTECTED]') to all new user registrations so when they do first-time login they'll immediately see support's JID on their roster list.
I've tried directly to insert new entries into the database's roster list; both roster lists (support's and new user's) gets updated BUT Presence ERROR : forbidden. How can I manage the roster by modifying the DB tables? Is it possible? I'm using the JabberXCP commercial server but it should be similar to Jabberd14. Thanks for answers.
