Check out "Products" (on the left side) and choose "i-net Crystal-Clear Java Report Engine".
I have been using this product for a while and it works *very* well... (although we only have reports
without complicated graphs). You can use it in a standalone application, within a servlet container
or within an EJB container. It also has exporting functionality to files like .pdf and excel...
 
It is not free, but the support that I have got (even during the trial period) was outstanding, so if
you (your company) can afford it, it's definitely worth taking to the test...
