Hi Windows SDK provides such APIs One of the possible solutions could be you have one java agent runing on remote servers. Ur Java Monitoring tool can query those Agents for different Informations. Agents can use JNI to use Windows SDK Api's to get the information.
This is AGENT Architcture is similar to how the SNMP works You have SNMP Agent on different devices and you can query the agent from SNMP manager.
