No, I have to claim credit for that.  That suggestion was prompted by a
rather severe response (IMHO) to someone who mistakenly sent a subscription
change to this list rather than the admin ID.  The webpage describing where
to send the requests was incorrect but has since been changed.  In my mind,
the punishment should fit the crime.
