See
the example DB Pool on the WebSphere Administrative console:
Resources->Sample DB Driver->Data Sources.
If you
are using DB2, After creating u'r schema and aliasing it, Right click on 'Data
Sources' and select New.
Add in
all the necessary parameters. Make sure JNDI name should have atleast one
'/' ex: jdbc/yourDbName
Once
you re-start your Default-Server (I would bounce the Admin Server itself just in
case...), Your new connection pool is avilable via JNDI-name
(jdbc.yourDbName)
