I'm just sort of worried that stuff like J2Me might
be much more difficult than learning the beginning parts of java.
I am only just starting java at the moment and so
far I am doing quite well. I am just a little worried that java might become
very difficult as I move to more advanced topics like maybe threads or sockets
or things like that.
I am just wanting some assurance that I will be
able to cope with learning java as it gets to more advanced topics and then when
moving into "real world" stuff like J2ME -- which is ultimately what I would
need to be doing.
I am just sort of curious as to what people do "in
the real world" -- ie what sort of programs they build and what sort of code
that involves ?
And whether I would be able to cope with doing that
?
