Might be that you have beta version of SDK installed? Then installer might
not recognize it.

Subject: [jdjlist] Forte and JVM
Importance: High

Hi,
I am trying to install Forte for Java Community Edition v 1.0. and I have
the following
problem. The installer doesn't find a JVM in my computer although I have
installed the Java
SDK 1.4 previously.
The installShield wizard begins the search of the JVM with the following
message "Searching
for a Java Virtual Machine (JVM)...please wait" and subsequently the
following message
appears "Search Completed. JVM not found." in the following dialog box a
button appears to
look for to the path where to be able to find the JVM. But I have made the
impossible thing
and I don't achieve a success in the installation process.

Is any solution to this?
Please, somebody can to give me a help to be able to install it?
Thanks in advance,

Amaury
