No mention in the original post, that I can see, that even infers that the reason they weren't using ant was BEACUSE they were using JBuilder. The two facts happened to coincide and were thus, ....well... a coincidence. A statement was made that the project was in a mess when he got there. Again, not necessarilly ;and as you stated, probably not; because they were using JBuilder.
