Hi: The javadoc said that the PhantomReference class can help us do some pre-mortem jobs before the referent in the Reference is been reclaimed. But I am not sure how to do that work. I mean I have no idea what's the diff between the phantom ref and others when they had been enqueued into the ReferenceQueue. None of them can get() the referent(all will return null). So I am confused about what javadoc says "Phantom references are most often used for scheduling pre-mortem cleanup actions in a more flexible way than is possible with the Java finalization mechanism. ". So anyone can give me some full samples that use the phantom reference?
