If I send an SMTP message to only Message.RecipientType.BCC recipients, they all show up in the To line and are all visible to the email recipients. If I include a Message.RecipientType.To or Message.RecipientType.CC then the BCC recipients are not in the To line and are not visible to the recipients. CC recipients by themselves work just fine. Is this a bug? (I checked the bug database).
