Rationale: The fix should be approved because OpenJDK builds are
broken.
JPRT builds of open and closed forests have been built to verify the
change. OpenJDK builds fine.
Closed Demo bundles contain the demo/DEMOS_LICENSE and sample/
SAMPLES_LICENSE files.
