This is a request to backport a JDK 8 fix into JDK 7u4:
6671616: TEST_BUG: java/io/File/BlockIsDirectory.java fails when
/dev/dsk empty (sol)

The fix has already been pushed to JDK 8:

The changes for jdk7u4 are identical to the ones in jdk8, except for the
change to ProblemList.txt. The removal of
'java/io/File/BlockIsDirectory.java' from the ProblemList.txt is not
applicable since it is not there.
