Rationale for inclusion into 7u4: Required to NetBeans highly visible issue. NetBeans IDE uses HTML in titles of tabs in the output to highlight the outputs which are important to the user.
On 7u4 on Mac the HTML breaks tabs appearance. Thanks, Alexandr.
