8019979 : Replace CheckPackageAccess test with better one from closed repo
I'd like to push this testcase enhancement to 7u40. It was pushed to
jdk8 TL repo earlier in the week. I've run tests via JPRT and saw no
issues. The package list in testcase is slightly different to that in
jdk8 given the package differences that exist between 7u & 8.
Sean - can I ask you to review the change again ? A second review would
be welcome also.
