There are no major issues that I see with the patch. Can you please make sure that the internal tests as well as the tck tests run with and without security? And see if Michael can check in the code for you. If not, let me know and I'll do it.
In PersistenceManagerImpl can you remove the DEBUG flag?
I looked at the rest of the code and it looks good.
