This is relevant only if we want to post any artifacts to the official JCP web site. We can make an Apache release any time.

Subject: Third reminder: JCP JavaOne deadlines
Reply-To: Specification Leads <[email protected]>

There are two web posting deadlines for JavaOne 2009 fast approaching. If you plan to submit JSR materials to be posted to the jcp.org web site before JavaOne this year, please mark these on your calendars.

* First deadline: 29 April 2009*

If you plan to submit materials for posting at any time before JavaOne, you need to send e-mail to the PMO at spec-submit (at jcp.org) letting us know of your plans on or before 29 April. This is two weeks from tomorrow.

*Second deadline: 13 May 2009*

After you let us know when you'll submit, you need to submit all of your materials to spec-submit (at jcp.org) on or before 13 May 2009. This is 30 days from today. Materials submitted after then may or may not be posted before JavaOne. It is unlikely that any postings will happen during the conference.

Instructions for submitting materials for posting are found in the Spec Lead Guide online: http://jcp.org/en/resources/guide
