Changes:
- It replaces the testcase QueryTimeout by a new class DatastoreTimeout testing
both datastore read/write timeout. The new testcase still needs an assertion
id.
- The patch also adds the new datastore timeout setter and getter methods to
the signature test input file jdo-2_3-signatures.txt.
