Michael suggests a new copyjdorijars with a plugin "copyfiles" that
would copy jars from the dependencies location to the jdori/lib
directory. The project would be an independent project that would be
downloaded independent of the tck project and exectck project. AI
Michael provide a patch.
Take a look at the README and run rules to be sure it's all
documented. AI Michelle add a new JIRA for updates to README and run
rules.

7. Other issues
Pdf to odf converter: Online services can take care of one-time
conversions. One issue is that paragraph styles seem to be hard coded
(as opposed to defining paragraph styles and using the styles by
name). Conditional text is used for assertions, and conditional text
doesn't seem to be a general feature. Michelle will continue to
investigate.
