DataNucleus nightly builds reflects all of the changes in scope of this issue
from what I originally proposed, and passes SVN trunk of JDO TCK. Set the
versions of DN jars to
datanucleus-core 3.2.2-SNAPSHOT
datanucleus-api-jdo 3.2.1-SNAPSHOT
datanucleus-api-jpa 3.2.1-SNAPSHOT
datanucleus-rdbms 3.2.1-SNAPSHOT
