Michael applied the patch and got one failure but probably unrelated to the 
patch. 

2. Fix KEYS links per new Apache requirements

The download pages have the correct description of where to find the KEYS used 
to sign the release. 

AI Michelle upload public key to dist/db/jdo/KEYS file.

3. JDO release candidate https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-723

Michael did an experiment with maven clean install from the root directory with 
-Papache-release,sign-gpg and had to enter the passphrase multiple (ten?) 
times. 

4. Wiki spam: http://wiki.apache.org/general/WikiFrequentlyAskedQuestions

The controls appear to be effective in stopping the spam.

5. Other issues

Craig will be unavailable on Friday July 26 due to OSCON.

Action Items from weeks past:
[May 31 2013] AI Craig: put a table into an Appendix enumerating the properties 
and an indication of whether the property is an option or a property or both.
[May 10 2013] AI Everyone take a look Apache ISIS and maybe subscribe to ISIS 
mail lists.
[Aug 24 2012] AI Craig update the JIRAs JDO-689 JDO-690 and JDO-692 about 
JDOHelper methods. In process.
[Aug 17 2012] AI Craig comment on JIRA JDO-589 Autocommit or nontransactional 
action
[Sep 23 2011] AI Michael document when changing dependencies (to DataNucleus) 
it's necessary to rebuild the exectck project before running tck.
