Andy Jefferson resolved JDO-665.
--------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix

Bearing in mind Apache JDO requires a minimum of JDK 1.7 now, and i've never
seen this come up, then marking as Won't Fix. Clearly if a way of reproducing
is made available (specific options, but with JDK 1.7) then it could be
re-opened
