Attendees: Michael Bouschen, Craig Russell Agenda:
1. JDO 3.1: Need to go through change lists in JIRA for 3.1 RC1 and 3.1 to prepare JCP Change Log. In progress. We still have 47 unresolved issues in JIRA. We should go through these and identify them as either “deferred” which we might get to later, or “rejected” and mark them as such. 2. JIRA "JDOQL : Bulk Update and Delete Operations" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-617 leave the issue open or close “won’t fix”? Closed “won’t fix”. 3. New comments on JIRA "TCK BooleanLogicalAND, BooleanLogicalOR testNegative don't allow an implementation to provide an extension of bitwise AND/OR" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-745 If a datastore supports bitwise operations, the JDO implementation should also support them. This is similar to supporting sequence for primary key generation. We will need to add a PMF property “supportBitWiseOperations” and skip the tck test if the datastore doesn’t support it. 4. Looking for comments/consensus on group by and having on JIRA "Change Query API to be "fluent"" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-737 5.
