To support contributions to the JDO project and automate certain general checks
for contributions, it would be nice to have automated builds in the form of
GitHub action. This has already been set up for the JDO site repository. The
same should be done for the main JDO repository.
Which form these actions take still has to be discussed, but I would suggest an
action building JDO and running the TCK for each submitted pull request and
each push to the master as a start.
