This was required by the maven build process. I did this last week and
admittedly forgot which step required it. Or do you mean something else?
I added the doc changes and the timestamp changes separately here
https://github.com/apache/db-jdo/pull/33 so we can discuss them separately.
I intend to get #33 merged before finalizing the RC1.
