So the only real change needed is in HowToReleaseJDO.md file. Also, "Be sure to merge back all changes from the release branch to main." needs to be added to HowToRelease. HTR. Done. 2. AI Craig verify that changing the headers now passes the RAT test without any other changes. (may involve more than 1659 files affected by this change). .yaml, .pom, rat-excludes, all java files, xmlds files. Double check after making changes: search for http:// in all text.
