Michael Bouschen resolved JDO-857.

Resolution: Fixed
Added tck property jdo.tck.parallel.config.dynamic.factor that sets internally
the junit property junit.jupiter.execution.parallel.config.dynamic.factor.
Per default the tck property is not specified and then the junit property
defaults to 1.0.
