bump new tarball Python-2.4.6.tar.bz2.
5. Description of the Change
There are security issues ( CVE-2007-4965, CVE-2008-1679, CVE-2008-1721
and CVE-2008-2315) in Python 2.4.4. Python 2.4.6 has fixes for all the
mentioned security issues.
So bump Python to 2.4.6
