OK, I closed 4921.
This fixes almost problems however a problem exists in a time lag.

Nautilus Window always get the latest URI but Nautilus Desktop has the URI at
the beginning only.

So if xdg-user-dirs-gtk renames the directories, Nautilus Desktop doesn't
update the desktop URI and the document URI.
Double click on the document icon on desktop is still strange.

When you invoke pkill nautilus or logout the session, the problem is resolved.

The problem is the Nautilus Desktop only. "Document" link in Nautilus Window
works fine.
It might be better xdg-user-dirs-gtk restarts nautilus.
