Some remarks:
- It should be able to switch to cdrdao do get accepted by the original
authors
- It does not support the siumulation mode
- It does not support to "overburn" the offivial media size
- It depends on strings (e.g. "cdda2wav.bin") that are
specific to the Solaris 11 packages made by Sun.
